Pick the exam, take a photo of a filled-in answer sheet, check the answers, then save. Passing grades get their certificate emailed.

Proctors
The people who help run the wet lab.
Proctor app
Proctors scan this code or open the link on their phone, sign in, and add it to their home screen. It then opens like an app called PAI Wet Lab. Nothing is sent to anyone until you share it.
- Add the proctor below with their email, then press Create sign-in and give them the temporary password.
- iPhone: open the link in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open it in Chrome → menu ⋮ → Install app or Add to Home screen.
Attendance
Who was in class each day. Students check themselves in by scanning a QR code with their phone, or you can mark them here.
Wet Lab
Practical exam on the four backflow assemblies. Pick a class and a student, then mark each assembly. Every tap saves right away.
License cards
SC DES Backflow Prevention Certification cards for the Alpha Card printer. Enter each student's BF number and certification type from SC DES, check the card, then download the cards as a PDF and print them on CR80 cards.
Printing on the Alpha Card 550
- Open the downloaded PDF. Each page is one card (3.375" × 2.125").
- Print to the Alpha Card printer. In the print settings, choose the CR80 card size, landscape, and Actual size / 100% (not "Fit to page").
- Print one test card first to check the alignment.
Students
Registrations from your Wix form. Export the form submissions from Wix as a CSV file and import it here; people already on the list are skipped.
Courses & Exams
Each course has its own exam, answer key, scoring and certificate. Print answer sheets from here.
Master Log
Your permanent record of students by class. Add a class from Courses & Exams when it's done; entries stay here even if the student or class is later deleted. Tap a column heading to sort.

Every saved grade, with its certificate and email status.

Email a whole class, and set up the email that goes out with each certificate. Everything is sent from your connected Gmail account.

Certificates are sent from your Gmail through a small Google Apps Script. Paste the web app link and the secret phrase from the setup guide.
Staff logins
Wet Lab proctors can only open the Wet Lab tab and see class and student names, and only for classes running that day. Administrators see everything.
